Syrah Red. The bouquet is characterized by fragrances of  pepper and chocolate, followed by fragrances of  berries, currants, spices, tobacco, last but not least liquorice and cocoa.

AROMA – The bouquet is characterized by fragrances of  pepper and chocolate, followed by fragrances of  berries, currants, spices, tobacco, last but not least liquorice and cocoa. 

TASTE – Warm on the palate, full-bodied and dense, but the grain of tannins is so fine. The final hint of plum and mint-chocolate is unique.

MATCHING – Suggested matching: beef ribs with bbq sauce, filet with mushrooms, beef Wellington, roast chicken, meat dishes with cocoa or a Florentine steak.

TEMPERATURA – Should be served cold – 8° to 10°. Balloon wine glass is recommended for serving.
