TASTE – Unique for its pink color. Its perfume has mature and fragrant notes. The grape variety expresses a balanced and persistent texture with a fruity final.

 

MATCHING – It is recommended to serve with seafood and fish, or with white meat. Great also with appetizer, to pair tarts and shrimps tartare.

TEMPERATURA – Should be served cold – 8° to 10°. Chardonnay wine glass is recommended for serving.
