Falanghina White. Bouquet of intense perfumes characterized by delicate floral notes as broom’s flowers  and flowers of the Italian macchia mediterranea.

AROMA – Bouquet of intense perfumes characterized by delicate floral notes as broom’s flowers  and flowers of the Italian macchia mediterranea. As well notes of banana, pear and green apple.

TASTE – soft fresh and delicate with an excellent sourness.

 

MATCHING – It is recommended to serve with spaghetti with clams or sea urchin, pasta with octopus, or risotto with scampi.
Excellent  with seafood, grilled or baked fish, or with  fresh or with semi cured cheese. 

TEMPERATURA – Should be served cold – 8° to 10°. Chardonnay wine glass is recommended for serving.
